My husband and I recently visited Takomo Shawarma, and we were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere was very warm and friendly — it felt like being among friends. The shawarma was simply amazing, with all the right ingredients that gave it a delicious, slightly spicy kick. The lady at the counter was very welcoming and kind. The only suggestion we have is to add a hook in the restroom so that people can hang their bag — that’s the only thing missing. Other than that, everything was great. Well done!
The grilled chicken was amazing, with very kind person helped me. Highly recommended for hungry people in the middle of the day.
What a gem!! We had a wonderful lunch at Tacoma Schwarma. It’s clean, very cute aesthetic, and the food was super fresh. I got a Sulgoni Cheese wrap and enjoyed every bite. The melty cheese with dill flavor and tomatoes was a perfect combination. The lavosh wrap was soft with a bite, just like I like it. We had excellent service, the hostess was super attentive and kind. I will definitely be back!!
Got takeout — and it was love at first bite! The shawarma was incredible: juicy meat with a real grilled aroma. The khinkali were top-notch — lots of broth and perfect dough. Definitely coming back again
This place has the BEST shawarma here in PNW. The people who left 1 star does not know what they are talking about, somebody said it’s soggy, like did you take it home first before eating it? If yea then of course it’ll be soggy just like with any other food. Serving was pretty big so i had leftovers, i just reheated it and it is still good. 10/10 would recommend.
Do not sleep on Tacoma Shawarma! I got the Lamb Shawarma and it was so good! The lavash is grilled and crispy with each bite. It has the right mix of ingredients through each bite. For the price (19), it is a good size, I couldn't finish. I also got a slice of the Napoleon cake. It's not super sweet and so good. I can't recommend this place enough!
My god is this place good. The food is seasoned to perfection. Even the fried have a seasoning that makes them addictive.
Super cool place for middle eastern food. The shawarma was very good with carrots meat and sauce. All nicely cooked together. Best shawarma in Tacoma in my opinion. Well worth playing some pool in the back room and enjoying a sandwich. Service was top notch.
